Delfin ERP offers an all-in-one enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, which includes but is not limited to:

  • HRM (Human Resource Management)

  • Support System

  • Integrations, Messenger, and Zoom Meeting Modules

We may update, modify, or discontinue any feature at our sole discretion.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You agree not to misuse the system for fraudulent or illegal activities.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.

  • Any misuse, hacking attempts, or abuse of the system will result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Payment & Subscription

  • Delfin ERP is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing details are available on our website.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific plan or promotion.

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial to new users. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription.

6. Data Security & Privacy

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in fraudulent/abusive activity.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan (or your company’s country of registration).
